There's a man in a mac and he sleeps in a sack
And the man in the mac is looking through a crack
in his bathroom wall.
There's a boy in the park and he plays in the dark
And the man in the mac says he's coming back
just to take him through it all
He takes him down
to his hideaway
And ties him up
